  2. Lock it in place by pressing the lever down. This type of frame is user-friendly and commonly found in domestic embroidery machines. The hoop slides into the embroidery arm and locks in place by pressing the lever down.

The clip-on frame with pins offers a secure connection through a pin-based mechanism. To attach:

  1. Align the metal pins on the side of the hoop with the pinholes on the embroidery arm.
  2. Clip them securely into place.

Some Brother machines use a clip-on frame that does not have pins on the hoop itself. Instead:
