  • How to thread your machine
  • Loading a bobbin
  • Inserting the hoop into your machine

You can learn these skills using your machine manual.

What will you receive to complete the classes?

  • *Kit - fabric and stabilizer (Stabilizer to suit a 4" x 4" and 5" x 7" Brother hoop. If you have a larger hoop, you will be required to supply your own stabilizer for this series. This kit does not include needles and threads.)
  • 10 design embroidery files (Accessed via online account)
  • PDF documents (Accessed via online account)
  • Tutorial videos (Instant access via online account)

Please note: You will need an embroidery machine with a minimum hoop size of 4" x 4” or 5" x 7". We have put together a checklist of requirements so you can ensure you have everything you need. Download it here →

*Machine embroidery hoops for each brand of embroidery machine vary in size and design. The stabilizer included in the kit has been cut to fit an average Brother 4" x 4" or 5" x 7" hoop. Should your machine not have these hoops you will need to use the smallest hoop size your machine has. If the cut stabilizer is too small for your hoop, you will need to supply your own stabilizer. Our Stabilizer Starter Pack has all the products used in the lessons and can be found here →

*The kits included for this class do not include needles and thread.

Great learning tool

The projects are fun to make while learning how to embroider on a variety of fabric types. Although this is geared towards people with a single needle machine it is easily adapted to use with multi-needle machines too.
