Direct Stitch Pattern Selection
Use the direct buttons to select sewing patterns that are often used, like straight stitch lines.
Float Function Prevents Uneven Seams
You can sew with the presser foot slightly raised by pressing the float button. This allows you to sew fabrics without pushing layers or creating uneven seams. The height of the presser foot can be set in increments of 0.1 mm, allowing delicate adjustment according to the materials.
Straight Stitch Slide Plate
Sew the lightest fabrics with perfect needle permeation using the straight stitch slide plate. Simply slide the front lever to switch to a single needle hole. The plate will not allow fabrics to be pushed into the needle hole. Free motion stitch with precision and perfection and sew with confidence. When the single needle hole plate is set, only straight stitch patterns can be selected.
Box Feed
The Juki industrial box feed system allows you to create perfect high quality stitches on all types of fabrics. The box feed system stays in contact with your fabrics longer for a consistent, reliable seam every time.
Foot switch controller
The Juki foot switch controller allows you to have greater versatility. You have the ability to assign function to the heel side of the foot controller. This means you can now lift the presser foot, trim threads, reverse stitch or single stitch just by pressing down on the heel side.
Buttonholes Sensor System
Achieve optimal feed on all types of fabric using the buttonhole sensor system. The one step buttonhole measures and evenly sews on both the right and left sides. Automatically works in optimum order for a perfectly finished buttonhole.
The buttonhole sewing presser foot features a clamping plate, so you can confidently feed fabrics by holding them between the clamping plate and the presser foot.
Presser Foot Pivot Function
The presser foot automatically lifts when you stop sewing and the needle stops in the down position, to allow for fabric movement. You can then sew corners or pivot your fabric with ease. When you continue sewing, the presser foot automatically lowers to resume smooth sewing.
Setting presser foot lifting after thread trimming
You can switch on a feature for the presser foot to lift automatically after automatic thread trimming occurs, so you can quickly remove fabrics.
Adjustable Starting / Reverse Stitch Speed
Adjust and control the starting and reverse stitch speed to suit you. Choose between three settings of fast, normal and slow.
Free Motion
Flip the switch and drop your feed dogs to enjoy both straight stitch and specialized zig zag for free motion. Adjust the presser foot height for easy movement.

Easy bobbin thread winding

Knee-lifting lever
Lift and lower the presser foot without using your hands! The knee lifter allows you to have control over the presser foot. It can be raised as high as 12mm.

Elongate patterns. Change the overall length without changing the sewing density of the pattern.
Character stitch
Personalise or add monograms to your projects using the three alphabet fonts included on this machine.
8" Workspace
Use the generous 4.4” x 8” workspace to create a variety of beautiful projects easily and comfortably.
Lock stitch
Choose from two kinds of reverse stitch and lock stitch for the start and end of sewing. If you press the lock stitch button in the middle of sewing a pattern, the machine stops after sewing one cycle of the pattern.
Low-speed inching sewing
Sew at a slower pace by pressing and holding the needle up/down button. Sew corners, stops and starts with precision.

I love my Juki!
By: Terry on 6 November 2024I did quite a bit of research that led me to buying this Juki machine and it is even better than I'd hoped for. It is a dream to use and has made my sewing projects - mostly clothes - so much easier and fun. Button holes are perfect, straight sewing is immaculate. I highly recommend for anyone wanting an easy to use machine for garment sewing.

There’s still lots for me to explore, but so far it’s definitely worth the money. It has beautiful stitches too, which is very important to me. Echidna sewing gave fantastic service and I have since returned to them for more items.
