Embroidery colouring

Date Posted:18 March 2022

Kids bored? And you want to use your embroidery machine? We have the answer!

Here is an updated fun activity idea for the kids that gets you embroidering and them colouring. We have selected an Easter design from Lindee Goodalls vintage Easter bunny designs to stitch out.  You can, however, use any redwork design to create fabric and thread colouring pages to keep everyone busy & focused!.

Our Pintor markers are perfectly suited to all creative activities including colouring and have created bright vibrant colours on this cute Easter egg. The pens are no mess and easy for the kids to colour between the stitching lines. When they have finished colouring, simply iron the fabric to set.

The design set we have chosen has the minimum hoop size of 5 x 7" (130mm x 180mm). Of course if you have redwork designs in your embroidery stash use those and get stitching!
